Automatic Taping Machine
The automatic adhesive tape between the battery strings is realized. When the number of adhesive tapes is pasted, the speed fast, replacing the manual labor greatly and improves the working efficiency, and the adhesive position is accurately, without causing secondary damage to the battery.
Robot Placing EVA Small Pieces
After robot handler picks up the EVA small piece, it waits at the station and aligns module, and starts to automatically place the EVA small piece after the alignment.
Robot Placing EVA Strips
The robot automatically grabs the EVA strip, puts it on the short side of the module, and fixes it with hot melt after it is placed.

Auto Edge Taping Machine
The four sides of the double glass adopt a belt servo drive mechanism. After the double glass enters, it returns to the right, the lower suction cup mechanism is lifted, and the suction cup is vacuumed when in place. The four sides of the tape drive the fixture to stick the tape.
