Designed for Light Induced Degradation (LID) testing of up to 10 solar cells simultaneously.

• Class BBA illumination with 2000 W lamp and individually controlled light source for uniform irradiation.
• 1100 × 500 × 1200 mm test chamber with high-reflectivity aluminum interior and coated steel exterior.
• Real-time monitoring and recording of irradiance, temperature, test duration, and cumulative radiant intensity via HMI.
• Automatic test completion based on preset time or radiant energy with integrated cooling fan for temperature control.
• Integrated pyranometer (280–3000 nm, 0–2000 W/m²) and thermocouple (0–250°C, ±2°C accuracy) for precise measurement.
• Chamber operating temperature: 50 ± 10°C with 380 VAC power supply.
